Shipping & Returns
We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please note that during periods of high volume, it will take longer (sales, major promotions, during the holidays, etc.) Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped on Monday. If you need your order to go out the same day you place it, please place your order before noon ET and we’ll be sure to do our best to get you your merchandise in time.
Domestic Shipping (sent with Post Express)
M’s Mariposas ships to all destinations in Serbia with Post Express service “Today for tomorrow until 19pm” (Post of Serbia) free of charge. Once shipped, the item is delivered until 19 pm next day, to most cities (the list of cities here).
International Shipping (tracking number included)
M’s Mariposas ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services (Post of Serbia) and their partners in other countries around the world. Post of Serbia shipping method “Registered letterpost item” includes the tracking number. Registered letterpost item is delivered within 4-7 business days to most locations; possible delays in transport and public holidays are not included. Shipping Costs are based on order merchandise total costs and the selected shipping method. The shipping cost is calculated and shown during the checkout process.
Once your order and payment are received, you will be notified that your order has been shipped. You will also be provided with the tracking number. You can “track and trace” your order anytime you like here.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
Please also note that Serbia is not member of European Union and all duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check import duties and fees in your country before place an order.
How to return or Exchange
- You have the right to return/exchange any/all M’s Mariposas products you have purchased directly from our website within 15 days of receiving the item.
- All goods will be inspected on return.
- The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the product was received.
- If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
- If you want a different item, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
- M’s Mariposas does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
- Depending on the options available in your country, you’ll be responsible for all the cost of returning any items.
- Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damage or incorrect goods / products must be reported within 24 hour after delivery. If your product is damaged in transport you must report this as soon as possible by sending us detailed descriptions and images.
Very important is that in all types of returns the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, a fee of 20 EUR in shipping return will be charged. M’s Mariposas has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same or similar model.
